Visit the Gate at 21 Westgate Street, Gloucester's premier art space – a space with possibilities of use beyond the display of finished artworks (gallery) including storytelling, music, poetry, artist residencies, workshops.
the Gate is available for hire by artists and craftspeople.

On a mission to create a permanent art centre for Gloucester
GCA aspires to make Gloucester a respected centre for contemporary art. Along the way we will create exhibition spaces and events, and build an audience for visual arts in the city. Ultimately we are aiming to have an art centre for Gloucester that celebrates local, regional, national and international excellence in the visual arts.
