John Steed

John Steed is a multidisciplinary conceptual and craft-based artist. He frequently uses humour and play in his work.

Steed's work is not biased towards any specific medium or discourse, and his practice has included projection, performance, print, photography and video. More recently he has made mosaics and is influenced by Byzantine art.
